Takes emergency precautions affiliated with the operation of Fuel Tank Vehicles. Responsible for the Vehicle Preoperational Checks and Services, Daily Preoperational maintenance and Procedures and the quarterly preoperational checks of selected Tank Vehicles. POL VEHICLE OPERATOR (HVY/LT): Performs duties as a vehicle operator responsible for the operation and maintenance of the selected vehicle. Provides data used in a consumption graph and progress chart to maintain control of the pipeline system. These reports cover hourly pumping and delivery data.

Receives operation reports from all pump stations and terminals. Additionally, maintains the total ullage by terminal and type fuel. Assist the inventory control sergeant in maintaining the current petroleum supply records. PETROLEUM INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST: Provides Petroleum inventory and control of bulk petroleum storage, POL packaged products and equipment on-hand inventories.

Takes emergency precautions, to include submitting fuel samples to the laboratory for testing, to prevent harm to self, others and facilities.

Fuels and defuels vehicles, aircrafts and stationary equipment. Operates and maintains equipment associated with petroleum and water distribution system and multi-product pipeline systems. Performs petroleum and water accountability using selected forms. Issues and dispenses bulk fuels and water from storage and distribution facilities to supporting units. PETROLEUM SUPPLY SPECIALIST: Receives and stores bulk and packaged POL products.
